Surely, you are perplexed by why and how these insects appeared in your house (or apartment). The reasons for this may be different:

  1. When it's cold outside, it's warm in your house (and spiders love warm, cozy places).
  2. In your home high humidity. It is known that spiders often make cobwebs in rooms with high humidity: in bathrooms, in the kitchen, etc.
  3. In your house many other insectswhich, by the way, spiders like to eat (for example, flies, midges and cockroaches).
  4. Your home, to put it mildly, does not sparkle with cleanliness and order. We all know that accumulations of debris and pollution cause the appearance of cockroaches, and the latter is one of the favorite “dishes” for spiders. And why do not they come to where you can often and have a lot of goodies?

Do I need to get rid of spiders?

We get annoyed even when we just see a spider. And meanwhile, this insect benefits. Spiders feed on other insects that fill the human home. Some of these arthropods are capable of catching over 500 harmful insects per day. Their extermination is an important mission of spiders.

Surprisingly, these arthropods are, in a way, natural weather forecasters. By the behavior of spiders, you can determine what the weather will be like. For example, if this insect tears its web - it is believed that there will be a thunderstorm. The appearance of small spiders portends warm long sunny days. If in the spring there are many of these arthropods, then it is believed that the coming autumn will be cold.

This is not to say that there is no harm from spiders. But it is rather a negative reaction of a person to them. So, for example, other people are so panicky afraid of spiders that at one glance at them they almost lose consciousness. And, of course, cobwebs woven by arthropods do not decorate our houses and apartments at all. Perhaps the networks intertwined by them, and the appearance of these insects are the main reasons for the hostility of people to them.

After weighing all the pros and cons of spiders, each of us must decide whether to fight them or let them fight other insects in our homes.
